In my opinion, there are only a few Doctors here who make it feel like they actually care about their patients and their needs, but it is very difficult to see a Doctor of your choice as you can't get an appointment until 3-4 weeks away unless you get an emergency one. Ringing from 8.30am is no use as by 9am, you still haven't got through and when you eventually do, all the appointments are gone and there are again only a couple of receptionists that are actually polite. Linda on reception is very rude and unhelpful and in my opinion is in the wrong job if she acts the way she does. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment as I had to leave work early and walk down as soon as I could and I also had to queue for a further 10 minutes due to Linda being the only receptionist. She refused for me to go ahead with my appointment and spoke to me in a way I wouldn't even speak to my dog. If the Doctors listened to their patients more and the receptionists who are the face of the surgery were more polite and helpful, then this GP surgery wouldn't be so bad. I've been here 27 years and am seriously thinking about changing to go somewhere else if these problems persist.

At this practice, it is very difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse. I just checked online to get an appointment, and there is not one available for the next 4 weeks, and the website does not let you see beyond this. If you ring for a same day appointment, it had better be before 08:45, or they are all gone. The reception personnel can be obstructive, and are not very efficient in their duties in my experience. They also ask inappropriate questions if you try to book an appointment, and can be quite abrupt if you refuse to discuss medical matters with them. You are supposed to have your medication reviewed by a doctor every 6 issues, but this is impossible as appointments are not available, and this can lead to difficulties re-ordering medication as there is no common sense used in this regard. The doctors are friendly, but too busy as the patient base is too large for the practice to be efficient

The receptionists are rude, they are very much ask personel information when they are not actually medical trained. They do not give us ppl who are actually employed available appointments and expect us to arrive within an hour sit and wait!! When working full time this is not option for ppl to do this. They really need to rethink the way how they speak to ppl and also realise ppl do work for living. I'm going to be leaving this medical practice and it really needs reviewing the management of this so called reception service no one should be treated like crap.

Willowbrook is the best Doctor's practice in the area in my opinion. I like the fact that the Doctors are mostly newly trained so they are up to date with health conditions and treatment plans. The surgery is clean and there are a team of doctors who always have someone available to see me if I need one. Most doctors in the surgery are great with treating Fibromyalgia and chronic health conditions. They have a dedicated prescription line so you can call to order your prescription. They also provide an online service where you can book an appointment or order your regular prescription. They have a team of Nurses which normally have to be booked in advance. The only thing I would like to see is the option to see a nurse perhaps a little quicker so bloods can be done when symptomatic, as sometimes the wait can be up to a week after the initial visit or symptoms. However, the service from the receptionists and medical staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful so are worth the wait.
